Challenge
When TORMAX encountered Exopen, they were stuck in too many manual processes in Excel. Creating and updating their own reports with accompanying graphs in Excel consumed a significant amount of time for the CFO.
Solution
With the help of Exopen Cloud and Exopen Financial Intelligence, TORMAX now has its own BI solution with ready connections to their ERP system, Fortnox. They have streamlined their reporting processes with automatic and customized reporting using Exopen Report.

To gain better insight into sales outcomes, TORMAX has continued its journey with Microsoft BI tool Power BI, connected to its new BI solution (its new data warehouse).
In Power BI, TORMAX's management, sales managers, and salespeople can now see sales per salesperson, product, cost center, and much more in the best-practice reports that come pre-built.
What was previously difficult to extract from the system is now visually presented in the tool, making it easy to drill down to the desired information.
